It is of classical or best said Spanish style guitar but I do not get the form from much of my understanding of classical music/guitar - I do not 'hear' a composer so I strongly believe it is what they made. In the background there is I think a quick fade in and out of harpsichord or accordian reminiscent of fairground of old. It is in some extremely simple form a type of Malaguena - almost, since there are many versions of that form and is my best answer - a much slow version of Malaguena Spanish guitar. This is the closest I get. This is a great track.
I cannot emphasise enough just how much i love this song!,
In the days when there was an Underworld.
What a beautiful song goddamit!
My fave Phantom Chords song

Brilliance, That is All xx
