Summary: Brushing your teeth is easy because has become habit. Good habits vs Bad Habits Bad habits immediate pleasure, good habits no immediate results, thus Bad habits seem more intriguing. 3 things to make good habits easy. 1. Start small. All or Nothing trap. Do atleast something other then zero for the set goal. Eg. One book a month 😢 One page everyday 😊 2. Set intention Eg. I will exercise tomorrow 😢 I will do 10 squats at terrace at 7:00 am every morning 😊 Write down when, where, what how. 3. You are your identity. No negative self talk. Don't tell your self you are lazy repeatedly, or you will never become active. Eg. You are waking at 9 am, just wake at 8:30 am. Do small to justify you are not lazy. Join a group where everyone are what you want to become and you are more likely to become like them and what you wanted. Don't decide while you are motivated. Don't think of the target you want to achieve because their always a chance you can achieve more. It itself is limiting. Focus on building a habit. Doing a small thing consistantly. Think of the process you need to repeat everyday as the goal.
Don't try to be a perfectionist, What we tend to do is we do a or we don't do it. Even If you do a little, It's fine. But do it daily. Love the process and follow it regularly even small when not high about it. Join like minded people or a group. Do the smallest that can you do.
