Just switched to the 12 pro after 12 years of Galaxy S series... mainly because of the stupid prices now being asked. Going from OneUI to MIUI was a bit of a shock, as I obviously know OneUI inside out. It would probably take me weeks to figure out half the stuff you've highlighted on my own, so big thanks

Same for me... I switched from SamsungS23 Ultra to RedmiNote12 Pro5G+ ... Honestly, I do not regret it. The Redmi is a lot better. Quicker, smoother, much better camera and camera app., Now, the Samsung is buried in a drawer somewhere in a cupboard in the cellar... I do not even know any more where it is...

hey, I have a question: when you charge the battery, does it charge to 100%? It charges to 97% and then it doesn't charge anymore. Is that how it is?

There is a setting ... In "Settings", see "Battery" - "Battery protection" and choose between "Regular Charging" ( .. .. .. 100%) or "Optimized Charging". I have mine on "Optimized Charging" and it stops charging at 97%.
