I’m sure you caught it but you forgot to put a $50 in household

I figured you did, I’m still watching (I’m at the pool envelope), I just didn’t want to forget, so I went ahead and commented.
I was screaming. You forgot the $50. But then I am sure someone would say something and she would catch it while editing.
I also was like “You forgot the $50” outloud. 😂
I believe $50 was supposed to go into household. I was screaming at my phone say "you got this girl it's $50 for household" 😅 I'm sure you figured that out. Thank you for these Amazing videos that truly bless us All!!! ❤❤

Hi Emily! I would love to see the categories for your custom place cards you have in your A5 white binder. I need ideas! ❤️🖤
You have so many different categories that go back to savings. Do you keep track of each category and amounts deposited for future reference or do you look at it as a lump sum?
Our savings challenges are a lump some (we’re saving to be 4-6 months ahead on expenses) and the others I keep track of via my placeholders in my envelopes :)

Hi Emily your household envelope you took out 2-20 and a 10 but didn’t put back a $50
how do you know how much in big bills to take out from the bank before condensing?

I think you also took $50 out of the $1000 you put aside for your 5K challenge to put back in those envelopes instead from the cash tray. I think that’s why you were short $50 when counting the $1000

How do you keep track of what is in each envelope? Do you use a spreadsheet or something? I would have hard time remembering everything 😅
I dont worry about it, if I want to know how much is in there I just count it!

That’s correct! So I have $1000 placeholder in my sinking Funds envelope and I keep the cash in a separate binder 🖤🎄

Do you put all of it in high yields ? I always get confused with that! Especially because Marcus by Goldman Sachs takes a few days to transfer back vs like a traditional savings where you can just transfer if you need it
We keep our long-term savings in high savings account, but things like vehicle maintenance or medical I keep in a traditional savings account
