Hey Keithy, we were up there last year June to October to be with our son and family and I recall all that except for the markets. Didn't have those red flags or that white thing out in the water either. Is that for the stingers? We baled out by October due to the increasing humidity-don't know how you can stand that!! You forgot to film the mermaid changing colours and the kids great water park!! Thanks to your help I have also bypassed the airbag valve block but still don't know what my problem is at the moment as have found leaking o rings on heater pipe so bought another HEVAC unit and changed the heater core and aircon core and it goes in to get swapped out on Wednesday. Pulled out some of dash but not all as car shuts down when airbags unplugged. So the car has been sitting for a month waiting to get done. At least I now have the cords from P38 Spares in U.K to plug in and sus out what's going on when it finally is able to hit the road. Have to let son see this as I don't think he knows about those markets.
G’day Anthony, good to hear from you! The markets are amazing! I enjoy visiting them when they’re on. They are on the first Friday of every month if you’re in town. If your Son has been here for a while I’m sure he’s heard of them before. They’re a great outlet and great for the kids too. The flags are to show people the safe place to swim (it’s a national standard, so all public beaches with life guards should have the signs up). The white enclosures are stinger nets to allow us water-lovers to have a nice swim without getting a bite! I’m not sure if the stop Crocodiles though… just today a Croc was spotted down there! Haha yes, it gets humid up here in the later months! This year it was an air conditioner-free year until the start of November. It’s getting up past the mid-30’s now (that makes it better swimming weather!). You’re right! I did forget to film the mermaid! It’s an interesting concept! She glows different colours based upon the temperature, really quite amusing 😀 Filming the water park though… I may be touching a line there as the average middle-aged bloke filming children looks a little perverted (hence why I stick clear unless I have kids with me). I’m glad to have helped! It is great that you’ve made and are finding the value in the bypass kit. It should have been a standard option personally, but it’s better than sitting on the bump stops. One thing a lot of people don’t check is the filter on the exhaust valve from the valve block. When they block up, it stops the system from exhausting, and some folks end up with an EAS that raised the suspension uncontrollably when it’s trying to lower. Catch for some! Sounds like you’ve got plenty to keep yourself busy! It’s good that you’re spending the time to go through it and work it all out. Your tip about the Airbags preventing the car from running is very interesting. I have a mate with a P38 down in Tassy who’s got some engine-stop issues at the moment. I’m sure it’s something he might be able to look into. Thanks for writing in mate! It’s good to hear from you! Cheers Keithy
Mate I cant wait to get back to Northern QLD, miss it badly but have to cut my mining teeth here in WA for a while, Ill definitely be back in 6 months or so...

That’s why we live here Bruss 🤙🏾
Hell yeah 🤘🏼
Are they shark/jellyfish nets at the beach?
That’s right, they are stinger (jellyfish) enclosures to prevent people being zapped.
