Hi I applied J1 visa application and received 221 g,, and after 16 months AP, i with draw application and applied again due to my University advise and recent got 1 denial of 214 b due to nervousness. Hello Mr fred. I was denied the US f-1 visa on the 14th of august 2023. The blue paper given to me only contained possible generic reasons why one can be denied. It wasn't specific. You can say The university offers a wide range of computer courses and elective courses which emphasize on each and every aspect of this field along with student interest and weak point, although ,studying in the school is highly beneficial in my home country Ghana as this field is highly beneficial in my home country Ghana and I can get a lot of job opportunities in ghana
I’m trying to understand what’s the point of keeping people out the country when in fact they get in the country all they have to do is get adjustment of status I mean to be honest most people are coming here for relationships to start new families in a new life in the government knows 75% of the people that come here and never go back to their country they just get adjustment of status find someone for marriage find someone to put them on a business people will do anything to stay in the US while they’re here… do you think people really work this hard to get to US and then want to go back? That’s not reality and the immigration know that in the back of their head. Those visiting visa and student visas are just used as pons to get in the back door, but no one’s gonna talk about that🤔
