awesome vid, how has that LS07 pack held up. Do you think LS07 is as durable as VX07 or X21 for a pack body? Would love to hear your opinions as i'm making a pack soon and cant decide between LS07, VX07 or X21 for the pack body :)
Maybe "not so scientific" but clear, understandable, and most important... to the point! No one seems to talk about wettability, here in the NW, it is really important. I'm curious what you think are the best fabrics in this regard. Dyneema seems really good, but surely there are less expensive alternatives.
RBtR had a bunch of test fabrics temporarily available last year. Any idea where to test some? Especially interested in 1.2oz Dyneema Grid for Hammock? As you know, dcf fails hammocks due to tensile mismatch between dyneema and face-mylar? Theory is that woven dyneema overcomes this mismatch problem by allowing stretch within the weave? But what other perils await?
Great review. Was really interesting to see the differences in abrasion and tear strength in each fabric.

So cool. I hope you’ll do some videos of how you sew your own gear.

I’m curious to see woven dyneema make it into the market. I hear it’s pretty abrasion resistant.
I’m in AZ what is the chance I could get a bag from you. Really interested.
