First, make multiple different designs. Next, make it randomly choose between numbers (1 number for each design). I recommend maybe, a 7x7 design (to fit the redstone). Then, convert the random number to an output in a structure block to execute. Finally, make it automatically generate so it could be potentially infinite. If you make a video on this, I will recreate it and mention you in the title. Good luck!
