I don't know about this game but generally in MH, many of the quest * ranking lists have a few quests that once you've beaten them all, more quests will unlock. Inevitably there are always creatures that are only fightable by that method.
Zinogre in "Farewell to Zinogre" gives Steamworks fuel. If you set Steamworks to x10 output, you will get 10x the reward at the cost of 100 fuel. That quest is great for farming fuel instead of mining on the maps.
Only bring geologist one level if you are doing Guiding Lands. To get more decos, you get them from quests, from Guild Alchemy with the Steel, Silver, Gold and Guild tickets and if you meld them (this one not advised.) If you want a lot of fairly decent but not the very rare decos, do The Greatest Jagras or The Name's Lavasioth Event Quests. I think these are HR quests but I rarely do them anymore as I have a ton of decos now.
All the Rare decos, specifically Attack+4 Decos are in MR quests. The Attack+4 Decos are apparently drop slight frequently in Day of Ruin Event Quest. But it will be a grind to drop. Keep fighting monsters in Guiding Lands, especially tempered ones and you might get deco rewards. Don't die as that decreases rewards. If you want, you can report to Handler after every kill/capture to get the rewards asap in case you cart to the next monster.
Now that MHW is essentially complete, all the event quests are available now except for some that were removed due to IP permission lapsing. I an still salty I did not get the Assassin Mantle from the Assassin's Creed collab.
To get the Temporal Mantle here is the quest line in order: > Food Chain Dominator > Blazing Sun > Pandora's Arena > No Remorse, No Surrender These are all Special Assigbment quests.
Ok got it. I spent my day recording 4 episodes (including this one) and the food chain dominator was one of them. I did not get the other quests so I did something else for the rest but I will lookout for these quests in the future.
@@PoisonousFlame-2001talk to the huntsman after Food Chain Dominator to start the Temporal Mantle quest. He's thevSamurai guy who got bodied by Velkhana
Told you this one is hard. Which is why I said to fight him in Low and High Rank as practice and get research info. Bring a Thunderproof mantle next time. It will cut down some of the pain
8:03 that was a killer mount
12:58 LOL Kirin got revenge
Holy crap, some of Kirin's lightning patterns are huge in this game

For more Shara quests, either help in the Multiplayer quests with Shara specifically. Or do the repeatable Optional Quest.

Event quests are temporarily available quests that come up a few at a time and give unique rewards that typically build unique weapons or armor
