You both make a great double act snd compliment each other perfectly in your videos. I’m 24hrs after a HT I had in Budapest. I decided to stay on an extra 4 days b4 flying back to London. It would be helpful if you made a video to deter patients from jumping on a 9 hr flight immediately 24hrs post operation. It is the standard travel itinerary in Turkey. To me it’s total madness!
Why do surgeons always make straight lines for the hairlines instead of creating a more orgainic, natural looking one?
I just had one done last month, hair line seems pretty natural I guess it depends on the Doctor
Because the patient wants it to be as it was when they were a teenager, when the hair grows doesn’t look natural because of the age 😅 a little higher hairline or a widows peak can look natural after a certain age.
@@Zeus11Nova13actually, I wasn't talking about that hairline height, but the actual line of hairs that encompasses the hairline. Hair doesn't grow in such a geometrically homogeneous straight line, but rather it's a bit more patchy and haphazard.
@@SuperDodoe yes that is true, you’re right, depends on the skill & experience of the doctor then, the forefront should be softer hairs backed by thicker hairs and multi grafts not planted in a straight flat line pattern, should be at an angle that the patients hair grow and fall down naturally 😃
@@SuperDodoe I guess that’s based on how they program the computer.
can you do a video on hair texture after a hair transplant and the growth stages.. right now, my hair is coming along well but the texture is wire like and bushey not straight and silky looking if that makes sense... Thanks, great videos
Thank you doctors, you've been a great guide during my hair restoration journey with both an FUT and FUE procedure over the last few years. The only thing I'm unhappy with is a 4-5mm wide scar from ear to ear from the FUT. I'm worried that beard FUE extraction scars to fill in the wide FUT scar will visible, creating another issue. It's a shame that hair restoration can end up being a game of whack-a-mole! I will have to live with keeping the hair long enough to conceal the FUT scar.
If I’m balding at the crown and have dark, fine hair, should I consider FUT?
Is their a correlation between finesteride and beard growth?
Hi doc what is the best way to switch from oral minoxidil to oral finesteride .. I'm on Oral minoxidil n topical min n fin solution by morf 5% .. please tell if the switch is possible..
Are you taking a look on Verteprofin?
I am 69 with fine hair and Cronin telogen effluviam for the past 2 years. Loosing mostly long but also some short hair. Is it likely that my hair would have thinned too much to benefit from minoxidil
How long does a transplant last on average? 1 year, 10, 50?
It would be nice to have real demonstrations again!
Hi doc. I am taking finasteride 3 times a week on Mon, Wed, Fri. Is it sufficient to curb further balding?
I take 1mg every day for 14 months now and still balding
Yes
@@btraina85your balding may not be because of DHT, try getting a blood work done.
@@btraina85... damn, that sucks. Maybe try a stronger dose or dut?
Can please make a cold shower hair loss video?
But if you take Dutestaride and Minoxidil until old age you can prevent hair loss, right?
And Nuke your Testosterone
You can definitely slow hair loss. Why Dutasteride and not finasteride?
And Nuke your Testosterone!
And Nuke your Testosterone
While lowering your Testosterone levels significantly.
Hi i have a question, does blood types play a major part in hair loss and should we eat according to our diets to lower the risks of hair loss?
I’m asking for a widows peak that I had 50 years ago.
not related, but whats the lowest dose of FIN that you've seen work for a patient without sides?
Depends on your scalp’s sensitivity to DHT, I’ve seen finestride being able to control DHT levels at 2 MG a week, won’t grow back hair at that dosage though
@@Zeus11Nova13some guy on UA-cam used 0.25mg a day and grew back hair but he stopped due to gyno development
@@wasteman3259... boobs?
Hi I’m interested in getting a motorbike but I was wondering if wearing a helmet would cause hair to fall out and go bald?
Can you please answer one question? Does taking testosterone for body building affect transplanted hair , or is it dht resistant?
