3001 relaunch recap | Transport Heritage NSW

The recent relaunch of Locomotive 3001 was momentous occasion for volunteers, staff and members of Transport Heritage NSW.
The loco was officially unveiled last week at the NSW Rail Museum by Member for Wollondilly, Nathaniel Smith MP, before heading on its inaugural service.
3001 will now provide return services on the Loop Line every weekend from Thirlmere to Buxton.

To everyone involved in this great restoration project - Awesome job of bringing 3001 back to life , well done to all!! ; as a RTM member living in Perth W.A. - I look forward to seeing it in steam the next time that I can get to visit home again & at least I have it in HO scale ( as made by Wombat Models ) so that's something I guess , many thanks for sharing.
