Hello Ken, today I listened to 6 videos of yours on youtube and I think I have stayed spiritually and energetically conected. Today I started with how to create a company in the United Kingdom and each of your videos has led me to several more that motivate me to see. I am of Caribbean origin aswell because I am a national of Cuba and in 2017 I graduated from an MBA program at Roehapton University in London, and now I am in London, looking forward to register a company as a non-resident businessman at UK Company House. The Humble Penny Thanks! I thought that they might be the top one - i just find it so amazing that anyone can start a blog or a YT channel and make money from it (if you put the work in of course!). I am attempting to build up my influence online and then hopefully affiliate marketing will come into play! We are also saving for a house so using the Lifetime ISA in which the government gives you 25% of what you save up to £4k which is technically passive income because we don’t have to do anything but save aha! 😊

As such, that then offers clues as to how to monetise a blog depending on what the actual business is that the blog is marketing. We generate income from our blog through some of the following ways: 1) Ad revenue - We get paid by MediaVine. They deliver ads to our blog and we have a revenue share. 75% to us and 25% to them. 2) Sponsorships - We create sponsored content periodically with major brands. We then mark-up that piece of work with pricing around sharing the content on various channels. 3) Affiliate Marketing - We get paid to market other people's products provided they will add value to our audience. 4) Course sales - We create and sell online courses. See FinancialJoyAcademy.com for examples. 5) Coaching income - We offer 121 coaching once in a while. 6) Speaking engagements - We get paid to speak at events and conferences 7) Workshops - We host workshops once in a while and get paid. 8) Memberships - This is something new for 2020 on the link I shared above. You'd need at least £375k. I.e. £15k/4%. Or £15k x 25.
