I think that the shadowed person in the background is someone related to billy or has something to do with billy or his family. I remember that in colts origin or season 2 billy had to leave the town because of some reason. Colt wanted to go with him becuase he said hated this town. My theory is that the shadowed person will come for billy but on the way he crosses paths with mason (colts dad) and teams up with him to look for billy. Billy was the one who rented a place with the gangsters so maybe mason will find his son and the shadowed person will do what he has to do with billy. 2nd theory- The shadowed person maybe another protagonist of season 3 because there hasnt been any new characters yet except from thomas and josh (the duo who bullied mark) anyways cant wait for ep 4!
