I love Peep's later work, he grew as an artist with each project. But for some reason I just keep coming back to Lil Peep Part One and Live Forever. Before all the fame, before everything began to spiral, just him hiding out in his room with his girlfriend all day making music on his laptop. A troubled kid trying his best to navigate his inner demons, and express himself any way he can in a world that doesn't seem to understand or care. It's Peep at his rawest, his most vulnerable, and his most relatable to the many fans of his listening with the same kinds of doubts and insecurities swirling through their heads at night. Out of pain comes creation and these two projects in particular contain nothing but. You can rest easy now Gus, thank you

As a retired addict, age 31, I made it out went through hell, I have kids, a wife, a home now.. even though Gus was younger his music touches my soul cause I’ve been exactly where he was.. it’s just ashamed that he had to pass and his friends should’ve been more caring.. but his music makes me miss certain things I wish I didn’t.. I feel his demons. Many of us struggle forever.. better yourself live forever in your own way..

i feel ya im 28, older than his typical fanbase and once i finally gave his music a chance i cant go back. the dude seriously created magic for the short time he was here. he (seemingly effortlessly) mended 2 genres to create his own sound. no one whos tried since has done it as well.
Only discovered Peep’s music a couple years after he died, while I was in hospital recovering from a stroke. He was able to communicate something unutterable about the simultaneous magic and futility of life in his music. What an incredible person. His passing makes me think of Lenon’s. So unfair… But in a way: that was the point of his music all along. I hope he’s finally at peace.
This record is just so perfect. Not a single skip. The vibe is just captured and delivered so well.

If I ask you:
-Have you ever lied?
-Have you ever stolen?
-Have you ever used the name of God in vain?
-Have you ever disrespected your parents?
-Have you ever killed someone?

The answer for all of us is probably yes to at least one of these questions. According to the 10 commandments, if you did commit those acts you are then a liar, a thief, a blasphemor, a murderer etc.

If you were in Court (God being the judge) to be judged for these crimes, would you be held innocent or guilty? Guilty.
Based on those crimes what would be the sentence? Heaven or hell? Hell.
But is there a way for you to be exonerated? YES!
Jesus is the answer. He paid your fine. You are now free. Indeed, by being crucified, Jesus took all the sins of the world (all of my sins, all of your sins) on his shoulders.
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)
What does all that mean?
It is not the law nor our good deeds that will save us and make us just to God. There's no amount of work that we can do to deserve to be saved. We are all so flawed even though we try to be good. But you can have Eternal life with God. How? You just have to accept Jesus's sacrifice, repent from your sins and follow God. It is totally free! You don't have to go confess your sins to the priest to be saved, you don't have to pray 5 times a day to be saved, you don't have to be perfect! All God wants, is to have a genuine relationship with you. Real christianity is not a religion. It is a RELATIONSHIP with God. All you need to do is to have faith in him and repent from your sins.
And of course, if you accept Jesus in your life, you will still sin. We are all human and weak. But trust me, through God given Holy Spirit you will experience a love that will totally transform you and that will give you a peace that nothing in this world can offer you.
And if you sin, just recognize it and ask God to change your heart and He will. Nothing is impossible for Him. He wants and he can transform you [but only if you let Him do]!
God knows you completely and loves you totally, and this void in your heart and in your life is Him inviting you to seek Him and to surrender everything to Him. We were created for so much more than this earth!
His promise for everyone without exception: "If you seek me with all your heart, you will find me" (Jeremiah 29:13). ''God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth." (John 4:24) I met him, and thousands and thousands of people have also genuinely met Him.
God is not a myth, Jesus is not just a historical figure. He is more than alive and He wants you to experience his love and mercy!
No matter who you are, no matter what you've done, God wants you to know that He loves you so much. He died on the cross for you! And He doesn't want anyone to perish but have eternal life.
"The Lord is not slow to fulfill His promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance." (2 Peter 3:9)
He gave us free will. Therefore I don't want to force you to believe in anything. I just want you to know that you have nothing to lose searching for Him but genuinely everything to win. May God bless you.

Like I knew him! He was such an inspo, in these 3 days, I have cried everyday at the thought of his death, but also his life! he did a LOT in his 21 years! but a dame shame he had to leave the party so soon...

This album changed my life . Death is not real . We all have spirits . The memory of peep will be forever embedded in the earth as well as the aether . He payed so many karmic dues it’s incredible and something to truly be celebrated as well as studied because of such a phenomenal life he lived in this “day and age” ... thank u Gus
this guy really gets what peep was about. just like jim morrison, peep was a burning spirit desperate to escape its body and become bigger than death. this music is the sound of the soul escaping. just as he wanted, he now lives forever. at the cost of his real life, perhaps. lil peep has been the only artist that i can't exhaust. other things come and go, but peep changed things for me so much that i can never grow tired of him. i couldn't get him out of my head if i tried. the experience we got the first time we heard him will always be there. everyday people meet peep and learn to love him. i can't imagine a better life to have lead. although he wasn't a perfect human, he is my biggest artistic role model.

Peep was a force to be reckoned with. I saw his show the Santa Ana observatory in 2016. Powerful kid. Him, Suicideboys, Pouya, Ghostemane, etc all had insanely unique styles and it made a real name for soundcloud rap. Just wish Peep would still be here. He was a good guy. Clouded by bad decisions and we miss dearly every single day.

hey bro. I'm 33 and trust me drugs lead to nowhere, every time. It might be 1 week, 1 month, 1 year or 10 years.. they always lead to something bad. I'm sorry to hear about your mother passing, but this stuff happens to everyone at some point in life. The key thing is how we move on from these life events.
I used to use opiates, alcohol and benzos all in the same night.. the same things that killed Lil Peep. I was just lucky and he was unlucky. If I did not stop I would have died eventually. You need to seek counselling, and then start to go to the gym. Lift weights, eat healthy, and sort your mind out with a professional. Do these things and in time you will heal. It isn't easy and it won't happen over night. Good luck

I love this was published on my birthday 3 years ago. Even tho it was one of my worst birthdays finding out peep had died 2 days prior to this day.
