What a treat, I do love the way you edit these. Some great shots Gaz, the one I liked best for the brief was the lady looking at the map with the hardrock sign, great perception of surroundings. And love the shot of the lady checking out the phonebox cards 🤔😮 Looking forward to J and what you do with the vintage tele lens. Best wishes Matey
Enjoyed that one mate, glad to see you out doing street again , with regards J i could only come up with Jubilee Line on the underground , maybe photographing the stations on it etc, some great architecture in some of them underground stations !
@GaryNormanPhoto planning for Saturday, and go for wander afterwards. Got a hotel booked in watford so little commute in and out . Jay Gilmour is going also but not sure where he's staying, but maybe beer and burger somewhere. Are you going? Saw cast, they seemed a little on fence
I really enjoyed watching this Gary. I haven't got a clue about street photography, and truth be told the mere thought of going out into town and taking photos with people in them quite terrifies me! You got some great photos. As far as the next episode, the first thought that came to mind for 'J' was the Jubilee Line - that could provide some really interesting shots if you're actually allowed to photograph in tube stations & on trains these days.
Hi Gary, a good effort well done. An enjoyable grand day out, and I've learned something, thankyou. As for items starting with the letter J ... St James' park / palace, Jewish cultural quarter, but please no jellied eels!
@@mark450 I also noticed that but only during editing the images. I did check the video footage to make sure it wasn’t something in the way that I shot it, but no, it really did look like that.
Well, That was worth going , some lovly shots in there ( well most of them) I have tried street ,but i like the photo related to something in the background. Can i send you a pic or two to show you what i mean .if they are any good i will put them in the Pubcast comp.
I suppose for street photography the iconic places would make you appear less unusual. For somebody like me who is scared of shooting in public it would be easier in these places would you say? It's almost expected you'll see people with cameras in these locations.
It’s definitely easier to go out into somewhere like that and blend in because like you say there are so many people there with cameras already but the honest truth is most people are so invested and worried about their own lives that they don’t really care what you’re up to
If truth is told I don't think you covered your brief. Apart from the tacky souvenir stall it could have been Manchester or Edinburgh. The RGB separation alleyway was a great spot though
That’s the thing that I always like about you. You never mince your words and you’re always honest with your opinions. I really appreciate that so thank you for the comment.
@GaryNormanPhoto Yeah, you guessed it, I'm divorced There's no point in kidding on or being obnoxious, it's only photography. There's black cabs from Cardiff to Clydebank ... black cab with Tower Bridge in the background thats iconic, it can't be anywhere else. I think you got sucked in to just shooting people, which is fine but isn't what you went for. Chalk it up to experience and have another go.
5:32 had a very bendy leg. I liked the slow shutter effect. Bet the lights would make for some nice evening shots. Especially if it was wet.
Do you know I thought the same thing when I edited that photo!! Very bendy!!
You are a wizzard 🤩 I love the shots and how you see the light and colours as well as taking the perfect moment to catch the situations and people. 💯
Very enjoyable video, great shots. ❤
Cheers mate 🙂
Good to see this series continue, it's most enjoyable Sir. Lovely video colour-grading. 👍
I agree and I thought of you when I saw his editing 😊
Thanks mate 🙂
Very nice Gary, really enjoyed that. Certainly not short of inspirational images mate, lovely.
Brilliant. Street photography is definitely your forte.
Thanks mate. That’s very kind of you to say and I have to say I do really enjoy street photography.🙂
Great stuff, Gary 👏🏻👏🏻 you came away with a great number of shots. Great vision with those colors.
Thanks, Andy. That’s very kind of you to say. 🙂
Cracking images Gaz and loved the video editing and style you have for your street videos. atbAl
Cheers mate, I’m really glad that you enjoy them 🙂
Really loving the A-Z videos Gary, playing catch up at the moment and watching some of your older videos too.
Thanks, Mike. Very much appreciated and thank you for taking the time to watch. 🙂
Really enjoyed this mate, very well put together this. My favourite were the long exposure bus images.
Cheers mate, much appreciated. Hope you’re well. 🙂
Well worth a visit Gary.
You captured some really nice image's considering the difficulty where you were.
Thanks very much, Tim, much appreciated 🙂
Nice work Gary, you have a great eye and really know how to capture interesting images. Thank you
Thanks mate. Very much appreciated. 🙂

Thanks Jeff. Hopefully there should be a video coming out about the vintage lens very soon.
🙂
I really liked the first and last image. You’ve nailed those bus shots. Iconic London is a little out of the box which made for a better content.
Thanks mate. I didn’t want to go for the obvious as I’d imagine it can get a little bit tedious if you have 26 videos that are all very similar.
Some cracking shots there Gary, thanks for the content mate 👍
Thanks very much very kind of you to say 🙂
Excellent stuff with some good images.
Thanks, David. Much appreciated. 🙂

Well mate, all I’m going to say is watch this space 😉
Nice one Mr Norman
Thanks mate 🙂
Awesome..... 🎉... intended to do some street and architectural after photography show. 📸
Excellent! What day are you planning on going to the photography show?

As aware mate loved the video and the images have a good Christmas thank you Burt
Cheers Burt glad you enjoyed it 🙂
Nice to see you back out on the streets. Certainly set yourself a tricky brief. Some great shots though. J- how about St James’s Park?
Good suggestion, but I’m going to go with something a little bit off the wall

Well, that’s ruined my plans, mate because I was going to do jelly deals as a subject!! No not really, I do have something planned though 🙂
@@GaryNormanPhoto jelly deals 🤣🤣 love it!
@@martingoff-jones2184 bloody voice to text!!! 🤣🤣🤣
Just a small observation..... at 5:37 what is going on with that person's legs? (or do I need glasses)?

Looks like she has hyper mobility to a degree.

Yes, please send them to me 🙂
"J" you say? is it finally time for the jubblies episode?
You find me the models and I’ll see what I can do 😂😂
