I’m so grateful for all your videos. As a beginner I learn so many techniques and get loads of inspriration. For me it is a video a day instead of a layer a day at the moment. Thank you so much!
Really love the colors this time...

Love that you talk about your thought process...helps me think about mine in a more structured fashion sometimes when I wonder why I am making certain choices.

Qué bonito France!! Ese verde inspira naturaleza, me encanta! ¡Cómo siempre haciendo joyas artísticas! Enhorabuena!!
A great page!
I have been following for a long time and I must say this is truly one of my favorites. Now I am going to clean up my little studio and start. Thank you for being such a wonderful artist.
Very interesting. I wish I had your expertise. You find a solution to any problems that come your way. I admire that.
It is just going with the flow Joan, accepting how it turns out and continuing to build on that :)
I have come to appreciate how you get your page edges "aged." Love this idea.
Beautiful France! Love this, it brings me calming thoughts. Thanks : )
WOW Absolutely gorgeous! I love it, I love it! Always so inspirational and relaxing watching your videos! Thank you dearest France for sharing! Please take you. Lot of love😉💕💕
Thank you for another gorgeous video. Your art journal can be described many ways, but what comes to mind is BEAUTIFUL- ethereal, like butterfly wings 🦋😉. It’s a pleasure to watch. Always learning something from your fab videos. When you’re using the wipes, are they with or without alcohol? That makes a difference esp. w/ acrylics. And pls don’t run out of supplies 🤞- I know from experience that is the worst feeling when your soul creates and the supplies don’t cooperate. But sometimes it happens, what can we do? 🙂Have Beautiful Day, and 🦋😘.
I use baby wipes, so without any alcohol. I promise I will not run out of supplies!! :) xoxo
france papillon 🙏🦋😘
I love these colors, and the layout is fabulous! How does the gesso act as a resist?
Patty Bover I’ll have to answer that in a video because it depends on the mediums you use! 😜
💕
What is the surface you work on? Is it a silicone baking sheet?
You always make it look so easy, I know it's not. I'm in awe of you, you're one clever lady! I have a question if that's ok. When you use a baby wipe to blend out the colour, is it a fresh out the packet wet one, or has it had time to dry out a bit? When I try it, it always seems to take off all my paint. What am I doing wrong? Thank you lovely lady 🦋
it is one straight out of the packet, but I don't apply any pressure. It also depends on what you have underneath the paint: gesso will act as a resist and wiping will make all the paint come back off. Paper being more porous, the paint will have something to hold on to :)
@@francepapillon Thank you, I'll make sure it's ungessoed in future.
I love this pages so pretty do you have shop that buy you art handmade art journal .
melissa Sherman these are my diaries, those are not for sale 😉
Beautiful page! But may I ask what is the work surface? Appears to be a huge piece of Teflon...
It is a flexicover craftsheet, super handy! The one I use is right here: www.france-papillon.com/product-page/flexicover-craftsheet
