It would be amazing if you could upload a video for cooling down at night in the summer! 🫠 I think many people as well as me struggle to fall asleep in the summer time since not everyone has an air conditioning💨 and even cooling down with fans or ice packs isn’t enough🥲 I think such a cooling down video could also mentally make us feel a little bit cooler and give us a fresh sensation
I learned a method yesterday to exhale with your mouth open like you’re breathing fire and inhale with your teeth closed and your lips open inhaling through your teeth… cools off your lungs because the breath is cooler that you are drawing in. Hope this helps and of course… our ting ting!!!

If you see this please do another pharmacy sometime. It helped when I was ill just concentrating on doing things to heal plus getting rest with your help. I love how you boop the herbs in the black bottle and brush them in the bowl. You’ve done actual mixing before too the crunch sound is lovely. I love the crinkly prescription paper and the looks and descriptions of the herbs used. I’m happy rewatching old ones but just in case 😊

I would love this because one of my favorite (yet kinda uncommon?) triggers is when they put your hair back with stickers or clips, idk why but something about it is so satisfying! 😊
