Honestly- low carb, high carb, low fat, high fat etc all those diets work for one person or another. At the end of the day it’s so much healthier as long as you cut processed foods out you’ll be fine and lead a pretty healthy life 👍🏻
If this a really hectic day in her schedule I don’t want to imagine what a relaxed day is like. The tempo I don’t think my heart could stand it. If I spent that much time making breakfast on a busy day my day would be over before it started.

I live in Africa where nutrition is not only an important issue but it is also the primary concern of the day for many of my brothers and sisters in that they are concerned that they are not going to have enough for them and there children each day. I am more privileged than most but for all of us here life is a hustle to survive from before sunset to after sunrise. Meals are a simple affair made up of a basic starch and a little bit of spinach and if we are lucky maybe another vegetable. Any kind of meat is a rarity and prized for its protein value. So yes I am envious of the freedom of choice you have in your meals, the time you have to make and consume your meals and the fact that you never have to worry about where the next one is coming from. Here a balanced diet is about as rare as a real perspective seems to be where you come from.

@I like Potatoes with the oats, nuts, potatoes, fruits.. they are pretty high in calories in just those foods.. not to mention everything else she eats so actually she is getting enough. She probably weighs 120 pounds give or take 5 lbs so her mantainence calories are around 1500-1800. So....yes she is eating enough.

Facts: (add some If you know some) - Honey should not get warmed up when cooking or not being put into a hot tea as it looses all the nutritional benefits. But Im not sure about the temperature limit. - Cinnamon is very good for your blood sugar. As it keeps it low and so you dont get cravings after a short time. - oats and peanuts( make sure to have pure peanut butter with no sugar nor oils, the only thing it can have in it is salt) make a good protein together and keep you full for a long time. - nuts also help to regulate your bloodsugar - hempseeds are good for your brain and also a good source of protein - I heard that its good to add a little bit of linseed oil to the smoothie if you add tumeric as it helps your body to absorb it

Hi Negin, I just wanted to thank you for this Granola recipe! I now eat this at least twice a week. I bought everything ..hemp seeds ..the lot! This is the best put together granola dish, so tasty and healthy. I will be trying the salad bowl soon. I have found that it’s easier to eat healthy stuff when eaten from a nice bowl rather than a plate. Thanks again!

I don’t know a healthy vegetarian or vegan who doesn’t take pills of supplements to be in well mind and physical conditions. So it’s questionable how healthy is a plant based diet. In the other hand excess of animal products consumption makes damages too... what works on human body is the balance just read and check out real studies then you can get consistent conclusions and have a position not based just on emotions and beliefs taken from UA-cam .

You might want to steam the spinach or slightly pan fry in coconut oil to release the magnesium ( otherwise your body can't access it) -- adding lemon juice will also neutralize the oxylates which are otherwise problematic. ✌️✨🌞

I do the no carbs no sugar for a month and it did help me to lose weight. Now I only do it once a week every month. I will definitely try your recipes, it really looks so good
main reason why I do drink lemon water in the morning with a straw is to prevent kidney stones, had one before and that ain't pretty (and in this period I wasnt having lemon because I was afraid for damaging the enamel but I drink a glass of water right after and it's all good)

Stove top granola! I can't believe I've never heard of or tried this before! It's brilliant. I hate making granola because I hate using the oven in the summer. Trying this tomorrow for breakfast! eat what ever cheat meal you want. Dont count the cheat meal into your calories just eat it and dont worry about it. Just get an over all calorie amount for your cheat meal so you are not eating a 3000 calorie cheat meal.

I would not be satisfied, actually I'm going with a nutritionist and that's why I know (at least for me ) what is the right portion and how need to be divided your nutrients in each meal

Stove top granola! I can't believe I've never heard of or tried this before! It's brilliant. I hate making granola because I hate using the oven in the summer. Trying this tomorrow for breakfast! That salad looked bomb. My fave is making salads like that. Places like Souper Salad were always my faves.

Can you do us a cheat day meal what is going to be like and if you do count your calories and exercise daily?
eat what ever cheat meal you want. Dont count the cheat meal into your calories just eat it and dont worry about it. Just get an over all calorie amount for your cheat meal so you are not eating a 3000 calorie cheat meal.
You should have added ingredients/recipes for each meal in description area as well
