Had a horse get stuck in a similar situation in a lake in our pasture. Thankfully the cows were acting strange, and my dad realized there was something wrong. He went looking and found our mare almost past her withers in mud. After hours and neighbors' help, we got her out. She couldn't stand for over an hour. Her legs were like wet noodles. She sure stuck close to us for a long time and was very affectionate after that.
She is enduring everything so well and I´m sure it was her first encounter with humans at all! You did such a god job after all this (surely) painful pulling, to loosen the straps a bit again and giving her a break! She looked so exhausted, but never did she bit or panicked! So much effort and so rewarding to see her out and walking and immediately eating! I hope she finds her family and survives!!! Well done!
As an older brother (Albertan farmer) would say, you've all earned a good hosing down before you're allowed into the house to eat. What an experience for the girl.
The suction on the legs can be incredibly strong holding them in such muck. Don't know how such wild horses aren't ending up with colic or lameness after such an experience. Hopefully recovered fully. Is there a followup? Good job getting horse out of that bog!!!

One of the common fates for a Wild Horse, is falling into deep spots in the thawing muskeg bogs. Fortunately for this two year old Filly, we were travelling the remote trail with our UTV's when we happened upon her stuck in bog. This short video covers the 45 minute rescue event to get her freed. She was looking well enough after the rescue for us to feel confident that she will survive the ordeal. Without the intervention, she would not have survived the night. This rescue was just west of the Town of Sundre, Alberta.”
