A perfect (99,99....%) ghazal. Only if tabla accompaniment would be of less acrobatic rhythm cycle, it would be an asset for eternal music collection of the world. 🙏
Agree.... though I'm literally nothing in the field of Indian classical or semi-classical music....but as a regular listener only...I agree with you ...and also wanna add that the flute could be used as a base somewhere in the middle of the song....the flow of the raag todi could be described a little more....but again....I'm just nothing in front of these jems...and can say that it is just me as a listener's opinion (May or may not be I'm wrong)

Yet another benchmark in consummate artistry, Kaushiki Ma'am! And an object lesson for aspiring singers on the fineart of achieving a fine balance of sur, soz and alankar. The languor of Todi gives a leitmotif of pathos... very different in feel from Begum Sahiba's celebrated recording. The only thing I missed was probably the sarangi.... Love and God-bless
