  • Economic inclusion programs, which help boost income and assets of the world’s poorest, are on the rise in 75 countries, reaching approximately 20 million poor and vulnerable households, and benefitting nearly 92 million individuals. This surge comes at a crucial time, as more than 700 million people around the world face extreme poverty, a number on the rise for the first time in two decades.
Economic inclusion programs support the poorest and most vulnerable families usually with a combination of cash or in-kind transfers, skills training or coaching, access to finance, and links to market support. These programs are fast becoming a critical instrument in many governments’ large-scale anti-poverty strategies.

"Getting by with CyberCash on Cyberspace" : Margaux Wrockley Academy : Adeline Arranguez Cantillas
CyberCash originates on Statistics making it Financial in Nature or Monetary with every CyberCash Point equivalent to 100 CyberCash subject to Fair Value Exchange with 100 of Currency as Fair Value Exchange Rate in which by merely thinking, writing, and typing the Numbers or Digits if not generate it automatically we are given the Power to Create Money without the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and without the World Bank that is not a Debt, not a Loan, not a Receivable from Individuals, not a Receivable from Businesses, with no Mortgage, and with no Collateral as it is a Debit to "Cash in Bank" and a Credit to "Savings Account" of Bank Clients if not Financial Institution Clients having that we had it via CyberCash on Journal Entry Explanation but it can be automatically written manually on a Bank Passbook as well as we may withdraw it in Budgeted Amounts with Country's Currency which is a Medium of Exchange as we are having a Role in the Society that will not destroy our Dignity as a Human Being doing an Advocacy.
We will just add "CyberCash" as a Means of Payment in Chart of Accounts on Accounting Information Systems and Banking Information Systems.

cultural relativism teaches us that it is racist to compare cultures against each other. to claim that one is rich and therefore better and the other is poor so therefore worse is an extremely problematic perspective. just because one culture is different from another doesnt mean that "it needs help". please check your privilege in making so many subjective judgements about other people and cultures.
