lift build? I agree. a tower crane is no more dangerous than this method & FAR less costly. and as for the space? a tower crane can be set up in a space of 20' by 20'. their safety record speaks for itself.
I really like the idea of the Diamond Foundations, that's actually really cool and super useful.... I could use those to put up a playhouse or hammock anchor without having to dig and that's awesome. 😮❤
@ Alpex: You have a great product solution! When I heard that the material used for the application is PPSU I would like to draw your attention to the fact that if an amount of bisphenol A, F or S is present in the PPSU this may not be in accordance with the (upcoming) EFSA rules for food and in that case it may also not be in accordance with the "packaging" of drinking water. Maybe something to check out for the nearby future.
I appreciate how you explain this topic clearly. Your passion for your UA-cam channel is evident. Your content has given me some great ideas for potential new videos. I'll be sure to follow your work and share ideas!❤😁
I feel like alho modular is the new sips. Mind the seams I also like how the solution to modern building seals is... glue. How long will this tape/glue last, again?
You know those ancient roman balls with all those holes in them, found globally by the thousands. I always thoght they used those the same way diamond oier system use theirs. A portable provisoric almost modular device to build various sorts from.
an experienced, well coordinated framing crew can EASILY out pace & out price modular construction. the hard part? getting that crew to YOUR job. such crews (as you'd imagine) stay VERY busy. you won't find such a crew working for big corporations- it'll be a mom & pop shop. these guys have no patience for HR meetings & PC BS.
the polyphenol piping, attach brackets & fittings are nothing more than a copy of pex pipe & hold-rite straps, globally available from a variety of manufacturers & vendors- for a FRACTION of the price. again- nothing new about this. pex pipe & hold rite straps are nearly as old as soldered copper pipe.
Never underestimate the human ability to make things more complicated and expensive than they needed to be.

No such thing as cost when its absolutely essential to human existence and modern society

That lift build idea was pretty clever.👍🏆👍
Lift Build is OLD technology. It's been around since the 70's!

Another construction level that is inferior to the ancients. Impressive nonetheless.
