Not for me. Bcs for me i love sad songs being sang by the ones that have soft tones voices not rough heavy tone like this. For example soft tone like ioi or woozi bcs it makes this song more sadder.
As much as I love my pd 101 girls and boys, I really felt that this rendition of downpour is the most heartwrenching, most emotional version I've heard. Given the fact that he is even wearing a mask yet he can convey that much feeling into it.. Man, a win and a crown well deserved. Pledis have a lot of talented artists.

I'm literally crying here right now- Downpour is really an amazing song filled with emotions. This gives me nostalgia now to when I.O.I (original singers) disbanded.
After ioi disbanded, I never really like any group until G-idle debut. After G-idle debut, I've been obsessed with G-idle and forget about ioi. BUT, after hearing this, suddenly I throwback all my ioi memory and realized no group actually replace IOI in my heart.😭😭😭😭😭
I'm not too familiar with South Korean popularity but between this song and his Breathe cover it blows my mind every time I rewatch these that he literally stuns the crowd with the performance. I'm most likely wrong but as an American who watches a lot of Kpop performances it seems to me like the crowd will be vocal if the performance is either good or bad, so seeing a stunned crowd seems so much more impressive to me.
