It didn’t look bad, but was totalled due to the “unibody” design (so I was told). A sad day! It had been restored before I got it. Later, I bought one very similar to yours, same paint colors. It was pretty trashed, but I drove it as long as I could!
That was my same car I bought in 73 in California, drove it to the junk yard in ~83 in Minnesota. Great car for California back roads, not so great in the snow.

I graduated high school in 1977,a few lucky kids had one of them.They came like yours,or in a little sportier version.Typical Toyota.Very high quality,rides.Worth your asking price.
I learned to drive a manuel in that car. Loved it til my lil bro flipped it. Ours had the black Landau half vinyl top, but same yellow with ST stripes. Time machine for sure. I remember makin out with Lori Jean Runner out in the country in Southern Illinois in 1978. I love time machines.
