As a marathoner, my shokz are the first thing I grab when I’m out the door. I’ve used my current pair in every weather type possible, running over 1000 miles and NEVER had an issue . So stoked to pick these up!
I swear by Shokz bone conduction headphones, I've been using the older Aeropex for over a year now they're incredible. The ability to hear your surroundings is the key selling point- for working in the office, for exercising at the gym, for riding a bike (where in-ear earbuds are illegal), these are amazing. No, the sound quality will never be as good as in ears, but it's amazing how far they've come. They even work underwater, but for diving they have a specific version.
They do take getting used to. The feeling of "hearing" music without actually hearing through your ear is a unique and strange experience, but in a good way.
100% recommend these for anybody who thinks they'd benefit them.

do other people hear the music you are listening to when you use these?
@@mrsexy1231000 I can't speak as to these new Openfit ones because they're more traditional earbud speakers, but the bone conduction ones can't be heard unless your volume is uncomfortably high, so it's a non issue. I work in a quiet office and my coworkers ~6 feet away can't hear it.

Have been using them for a couple days. A few software improvements that could be made to make these more usable: 1. User adjustable tap-to-hold. (three seconds is too long). 2. If single tap not possible due to the ease of erroneous inputs, implement a triple tap 3. Allow any function to be assigned to either left or right earpiece and tap/input type (double tap, triple tap, tap-to-hold) The firmware has recently been updated on these and is moving in the right direction but making the above (or similar) changes will make these worlds more usable.
Do you hear a buzzing/static noise on your right ear bud? Mine has a faint one when playing and when the song volume is lower.
How are they in the noisy environments?
Well it's air conduction sooooo they're not really designed to be sound isolating like earbuds @@NYCnapeHb

These aren't earbuds or bone conduction, they are like mini speakers that sit next to your ears, a la the bose sunglasses with built-in sound.

Tech support couldn't even help me! FYI As a years long Shokz / After shokz wearer I am in LUV with these buds! However for 5 days the App "update" has failed. My phone is The Galaxy Fold 4 and today I ran the Update App again with my phone closed! UPDATE SUCCESSFUL! The Buds are even more bloody amazing!
For the gym, I need ANC, but I will be getting this for work, I talk to customers 100% of my workshift and the Galaxy Buds Live kind of block my earhole, this earbuds will be a go for me
I just bought the Shokz running headphones that go over the back of your head and love me! These would have been nifty too
Had the open run pros. Amazing Amazing headphones. My 9month old chewed on them so I just got the openfit. Again Amazing Amazing!
i easily get ear infections, if i wear earbuds or headphones any longer than 2 hours I gotta go see a doctor a few days later. I'm really excited to try these.

Man they sound way better than the pros, but it doesn’t fully sit on my right ear 😢. I wish they were more maneuverable
I've had mines for 3 days now and I absolutely love them. Only thing is you can't adjust the volume on them...
In the app you can have left decrease volume and right ear increase volume

Curious how would this compare to Sony’s open ear ones
Haven't tried these but the Sony one's were terrible for exercising in. They would register little bounces against the ear as inputs, the battery compartment behind the ear was a little toooo big for wearing for any length of time. I picked them up probably a year ago and only wore them 3 or 4 times .

So these are Shokz version of the Oladance. Wish they added multi-point pairing.
I would say that these are more comfortable than the Oladance. And, they also have less sound leakage.
Here in the UK at least, there is the Oladance and the OneOdio OpenRock Pro. The Shokz OpenFitis new to the party. The Oladance case does not have a battery to charge the earphones, but you can buy the charge case separately. The OneOdio and Shokz cases have the battery. As for multipoint pairing I am not sure if any has that.

Yes the multi-point is necessary especially when you need the case to do the pairing. Cant seem to get it to pair without the case which is huge. Unless im doing it wrong.
I am a full time caregiver for my father and I am also a lifelong gamer. I need to be able to hear when my father needs help or is "getting into mischief". Make this gamer ready by adding a high speed dongle and I'll snape these up!

They honestly don’t look comfortable and I’m leaning towards the oladance. I have the shokz open run pro, which are great for running but I’m also wanting something better suited for the office
