what I advise is setting upi pin through Google pay and check ... maybe server issue etc on phonepe...try updating the app and then check once on phonepe

Delete app data , reinstall phonepe and try ...if it falls .....reset UPI pin from other app like gpay or paytm

which bank is this .... the upi pin length depends on bank and is same whether it is gpay phonepe or paytm
For me its directly getting 6 digits to enter but I need 4 digit UPI..can u help me on this
it depends on bank ...if your bank accepts 6 digit upi pin there is no way to make it 4 digit
