Hey it's senpai, try not wasting time on casting E before the charge. If you break Ult or Intro icicle, the breaking wave carries over for a little bit. So you can do this combo Intro > ult > charge > E. Since I see you do a lot of intro and then attacks. You can do Intro > ba5 > ult > charge > E.
@@LargeBananai'd do it like this though : Intro > detonate >> E (cancelling your detonate with E would explode both her intro and E) > ult > detonate again, though tbh slipping in some BA5 would always do you wonder because of her S1 c.rate buff.
Finally someone actually looks at the kit and notes if you want the most dmg from Sanhua you need to use BA5. A lot of people just swap in and try to outro her as quick as possible. A similar thing happens with Yinlin and her atk% boost on her 2nd skill, you need to cast the skill, hit the enemy 4 time to go back off execution mode (or just hit someone you didn't hit with the 1st skill use) and then do the 2nd skill to get the atk buff for her ult and/or forte.
You can cancel Sanhua's forte heavy attack after hitting an ice spike and still get it to detonate them. With this you can use her forte, then skill after hitting an ice spike from her intro/liberation to immedeately detonate the ice spikes from her skill. This helps reduce the chance of being interrupted when charging up her heavy attack, since her resonance skill has a very long recovery. You can also charge up her heavy attack before casting her liberation to immedeately use her forte attack. So TLDR: Intro > Basic attacks (optional) > Charge heavy attack > Liberation > Release heavy attack > Resonance Skill
@@ergaed769 it’s better to skill, liberation, echo, swap to main dps, echo, swap back to sanhua, basic attack or heavy attack w/e you prefer, outro back to main dps now you have full buff uptime.

I want to add some things to main DPS Sanhua tips. Use Lumiscale Construct as the main echo because when timed properly you stun your enemy giving you plenty of time to get your combo in. Also after using skill, liberation, then triggering her forte spam her heavy attack like you are activating her forte again. If it's in the little window it hits for 12k each time. Also if properly built you can get her liberation over 100k damage. I was able to get 130k with shorekeeper and Jianxin

Finally the most awaited video from this series (along Lingyang's): the Wuthering Waves herself, Sanhua. Man, I love so much this character. She's so fast, flexible, funny to use and useful. I want to so bad to get her S6 so I can finally use her with Chunchunmaru or any other character. Really good video man. Rooting this series 'till the end. Edit: There's another trick for Sanhua's rotation as sub DPS: you can use her resonance skill right after using the forte detonation. As the ice pillars doesn't explode instantly, you can take advantage of the little delay after doing the animation of her forte and then use the resonance skill, it will explote anyways. This way you make sure that the boss won't interrupt you in the middle of the animation, and it looks cooler tbh.
one thing thats interesting about sanhua is how you can even further decrease her field time as a sub dps if you ult after doing her intro and do the heavy attack to detonate it, while you go thru the ice you can press the skill button and she will place the structure but everything will still detonate including the skill one

Of course. Wuthering waves gives you the freedom to experiment so go for it. I recommend that you pair her with another dps character like encore, havoc rover or lingyang that benefits from her outro skill. So the only difference will be the choice of echos you put on her.
Im not saying you should. Im just saying you can. Haha. If you will ask me why would i cancel it when it hits with high dmg. Well, answer is in the question already. "When it hits". Not all the time it will hit specially if target is mobile. Or you will cancel so you wont be locked in the animation and tank a hit. I just want to emphasize that buff will still be there even if you cancel the atk. 😊
I havent even bothered to build Sanhua because I havent had to to get 30/30. Even unbuilt the amount of buffs she can stack onto your main dps in just 2 seconds of field time is insane. She is sequence 6, lvl 80, lvl 5 talents and completely unleveled echos. I swapped her to the turtle echo since Shorekeeper has fallacy, its faster and less finicky than heron. I usually use her with Zhezhi or Changli as the main dps. On a side note, dont sleep on main dps Zhezhi. I have her at 73/249 crit, ice set and sig weapon and she bodied the left tower in overdrive zone with my unbuilt Sanhua and an even less built Baizhi.

Went all in on jiyuns banner to s6 all the 4*, she was definitely worth it, I'm still building her skills and she's a monster and i got her to 65% cr , the only issue I'm having is trying to figure out is how I'm now doing off field wind damage when using her verina and Hrover.
My S6 sanhua no buff stat 63/270 with galcio set , standard 5* , talent 10, 10,10,10,6 , she didn't need heron ER set , her rotation in any team is godly, with sk she 91/295 🔥 do crazy amount of dmg ♥️ truly worth build her , she is one my favourite character

If they don’t have signature weapons I go with double elemental bonus. The reason is actually quite simple. Elemental bonus and skill damage bonus( found on signature weapons) are additive to each other. That means that running double elemental bonus can with signature can lead to diminishing returns. Attack serves as a multiplier to your overall damage, so it’s better to use it instead. But when not using signature weapons, you need to make up for the loss in skill scaling bonus( found on weapons) and elemental damage bonus which are additive as i mentioned earlier. Hence, that’s why running double elemental bonus is recommended. I’m planning a detailed video on this with proof of concept so be sure to look forward to it
I have like 20 Ice dmg bonus echoes and 10 crt dmg/rate bosses just collecting dust because I focused on the promotional characters and healers (and the OP Rover), this is great news for the future builds. Cacharro (means Jalopy in Spanish) is losing his identity once again LOL
I just use her as a buffer for Encore since this smol kid can dish out alot of dmg. Sanhua is good but she is not Encore-levels of DPS. But she her quick concerto generation is easily S tier. I recall, she won't match Encore's potential as DPS no matter how much you invest in her. However, that is not her role. She does some damage, generates concerto quickly and then you swap her out.
Why does he use the bird echoe and swap to the next character without letting the bird hit the enemy? Its description says that u have to hit the enemy and then swap to the next character for it to work right?
in my understanding, the point is to just dish the Impermanence Heron out to make sure the next character gets the +12% ATK buff with Outro Skill within 15s, disregarding the Resonance Energy restoration for the fast playstyle, but i might be wrong.
@@ououwewe swaping out while the heron echo skill is being used will still land the first hit because I canceled out of the animation. If you look closely, you can see some havoc damage numbers after the swap indicating that the first hit has landed which is all you need to trigger the resonance energy and the damage buff. The 15s timer starts after activating the echo skill by the way

It’s suitable for fast rotations but we still manage to get the buffs because heron’s first hit will land due to the heron skill animation cancel. You can see some havoc damage numbers after the intro indicating that heron managed to get the first hit in which is the condition you need to trigger the buffs

TLDR if you have S1 and or talent unlocked use basic 5 before her burst combo to maximize her damage. IMO it’s not worth it to do this and extend her rotation if you do not have a properly invested Sanhua.

You can dodge cancel her BA5 when she jumps(start of the BA5 animation). You will get the buff once the animation starts
I recommend against this because it cancels the damage too, and her B5 has a relatively high scaling. Mine does 40k DMG when fully buffed

for Sanhua, normally u would want to use her R skill first then immediately use her RL to cancel the flip back animation, its way faster

@@不死鳥ATC Yeah Sanhua works with Rover but you have to stay on-field for a while after rover’s liberation to do basic attacks because of Sanhua’s buff.
