I guess they filmed in a green room with spots hanging from the ceilings. They filmed every person with the same camera movement and stitched it together in post. It's a lot of masking but due to the green screen you can key everything and almost only need to mask when they disappear behind the singer.
This is awesome! I was thinking of making a portal as well. Can you show us how to do the infinity war dissolve? Not the cringey one's other people are marking, but where the person dissolving is split into parts

You wanna record that at a high dynamic range to keep detail in both levels. Set your camera profile to record as flat as possible. Then in Lumetri, bring down the highlights and increase the shadows. Then decrease blacks and increase whites to get some contrast back.
i wish you’d explain it like i’ve never used premier before, you skip over some steps or go quickly over parts you assume the viewer already knows about
