This particular model for this prefab house is called the "Wiltshire" and it boasts a new and bold layout that is sure to impress. The main bathroom had my favorite mirrors, our hotel room had those with Bluetooth speakers built in and it blew my mind

I love this design. With the stairs being in the utility room...you could turn the upstairs into an air bnb...that way guest wouldn't have to enter through the main part of the house...you could even put a locking door on the utility (if necessary). Very cool.
Beautiful exterior! Wow, I love those cabinets. Yep. Anvil and tongs for a blacksmith. Chance, I think this is my favorite thus far. What a great choice!

The tools in the picture are related to blacksmithing and old time horse-shoeing, when they worked the shoe with fire and bent metal for wagons.
She beat me to it, lol.
Ya beat me to it. I saw those tools many a time while working as a hat walker at the race tracks.

I really like this home! I would have double windows in the upstairs and square sinks in the bathrooms. Those implements are for shoeing horses.

Now you've gone and done it Chance! 😁 This is the best of the Ultra 10! It's like a 3600 sq ft 5 bedroom home, with potential space for a theater, bowling alley and a sports den! Why one could build a couple o' decks, a 4 car geerage ,aaand even a decent blacksmith shop, er workshop! Stunning. And yer horses are mighty fine too! Thanks for being entertaining too Chance!

That traffic was going way too fast! Love the kitchen cabinets and drawers! Tongs for a blacksmith and his anvil. If I could do it physically and it was air conditioned, a swing craft room with space for a long arm quilting machine. Price is great. Hey you were close to me on this trip. I live near Lake Erie which is maybe 1-2 hours from Pittsburgh. I really liked this house.

This is a BEAUTIFUL home! Love the vinyl color. Love all the extra closet space. You can never have too many closets! Love all the cabinets in the kitchen. Disappointed it did not have a walk-in pantry. The staircase in the utility room was very odd. But it's still a gorgeous home! Thanks for the tour, Chance!!!
Thanks so much for traveling to shoot these videos for us. I’ll try to be less critical on the homes I don’t like because two “failed” family vacations taught me it sucks to put time/money/energy into something just to hear griping. Also, your silliness in your tours is a huge pick-me-up on bad days. Please never change over a handful of grumpy commenters (ps I’m sorry if I was ever one). God bless!
This is definitely one I'd put on the lake property. I'd inquire about finishing the upstairs, with two bedrooms and a large dayroom and bath for guests.
This home is absolutely perfect! 💯 I'd make the front porch a bit bigger but it's perfect!

The upstairs could be divided up, one room to store holiday decorations, another room for bedroom with bathroom and the rest would be games room and seating area with big screen TV.

This home is beautiful! I really like how the bedrooms are not right off the living room or any other room. Now all it needs is a half-bath to keep company out of the family space.

Love all the storage. Could definitely live there. Upstairs would be husbands home office since he works from home. Since no pantry, I'd add cabinets to that whole dining room wall where the one is, just like that one. Problem solved. Oh, and a bathroom upstairs.
I would make the upstairs my master bedroom with a retreat. Big walk in closets for 2. Split bathroom sinks, 1 with a vanity. Walk-in bathtub. Nice sized handicapped shower. Make 2 of the downstairs bedrooms larger, with a split jack and Jill bathroom. Make the downstairs master less, smaller closet, smaller bathroom w/vanity. Real girly. Love, Love everything else. ❤❤
I totally agree with you about it all, I’d make the upstairs my entire suit lol and I’d put a small laundry room up there in the closet (or between the his/hers closets) so I didn’t have to go down stairs to do my laundry, plus I’d be right there to put it all away/up once it’s clean!! I’ve always wondered why they don’t go ahead and make a Jack and Jill bath between these bedrooms! What I’d really LOVE to see is a bathroom off every bedroom, come on give us a few en suite. I have a 22 year old son and I have become a FIRM BELIEVER that every guest deserves their own bathroom (they should never have to use the same one a young boy or teenage boy uses) and a son definitely has to have his own lol, of course a girl deserves one too, just for being a girl😉
Best Home I've seen!!! Magnificent design. The only thing I would change would be is move water closet into that left hand side closet next to toilet. Make toilet area and right hand closet for a stand alone tub with floating shelves zig zaged around the tub. Then it would be the "Badass" Home of the year!!!! Love it and would buy💕💖💕

I love the kitchen and dining room! So many cabinets and lots of counter space, but I don't like two levels on the island. I like the wall separating it from the living room. Wow, another linen closet inside the water closet!

Watch all your videos, and the southeast for prefab houses is way better than northwest, I wish we could have the houses here that you show down there.
The bedroom downstairs is good for guests and master downstairs is good so if you have kids they can all be upstairs 👍

The tools in the picture looks like items my grandpa used to trim a horses hooves
I know it's probably to keep the base price down but it just seems kind of goofy to me that they leave the upstairs unfinished.
At the very least maybe they could drywall it and put some doors in there so they at least look like semi-finished rooms.
And also stubbing some plumbing so if you want to have a bathroom or two up there you could.

Master bath needs a built in bench seat and I like the hidden door for the water closet.
My favorite part of this house is that I don't have to come out of the main bedroom; thru the living room and or kitchen to bring my dirty laundry to the laundry room. This is the first model that I have seen with such a layout!

Those tools in the picture are for trimming hooves and shoeing a horse. The anvil is for shaping the horses shoes.
They’re also used for iron work on things like wagons. You use them to bend the metal to get the wheel on.
We are in Virginia an hour and a half away from Morgantown West Virginia. That’s crazy I can’t believe you’re all the way on the East Coast.
Oh yea, toured a lot of homes that way!
Get rid of the wire racks and give me wooden shelves, remove them 2 closets from the master, slide the toilet over and out a stand alone tub between shower & toilet (or built in with some shelves maybe). Upstairs, a 4th bigger guest room, craft room, another bath & maybe a play area for my grandson ❤. LOVE this home though

Beautiful home! Would be great to sit on a basement. Love the cabinet handles. Nothing to catch your clothes when you have to reach the back of the counter or across the bar areas. Yes, is short people have to get up close and personal with cabinets when we do that!😂 Blacksmithing or farrier tools in the pics.
I wish you had opened the large cabinet in the kitchen-dining area.😊
