Hi Danny... thank you for your comment. Please understand that when we mention prices in our videos that if there is a price change (and many times there are, sellers always like to price their homes at the top of the market) that instantly makes the video obsolete. In our opinion it's always best to call (even if we mention a price) to get updated information on the home anyway.

Wait till the next real estate crash occurs. The last one occurred in 2007-2008. All Florida land is overpriced. You should have access to electrical hookup, internet connection, cell phone reception and septic tank permitted. No one drinks Florida water. Water for drinking you buy in plastic bottles. Water for showering will require a well to be dug. The good news is you won't have to dig too deep for water. Wait for the crash
