- Hi everyone and welcome to our Channel! In this video we show you how to get to Puerto Morelos on a budget, and what it REALLY cost! When we started out we didn't think we'd have to take 5 modes of transportation, but it all worked out and this is what it cost!
Cost per person: (as per exchange rate the day of publishing)
#1 Collectivo Bus: 10 pesos/0.70CAD
#2 ADO Bus: 48 pesos/ 3.40CAD
#3 Taxi from ADO drop off: 25 pesos/ 1.80
#4 Collectivo Bus: 10pesos/0.70CAD
#5 Collectivo Van: 30 pesos/2.10CAD

Hi, I have gone to PM twice this year to scuba, first trip was a nightmare but second trip was relaxing.
Took a collectivo from PM port side to Colonia (10 pesos) then from Colonia to Playa for 30 pesos, from there I walked down to the main stripe in Playa, super convenient Colectivo

@xfhnhhgjbvcfg I explain in the beginning of the video that we are using public transportation to get around to show how affordableit is, and a good option if you don't have your own vehicle. Yes, I meant travel literally 😊

Is there also an ADO bus from puerto Morelos to Playa del carmen or only from playa del carmen to puerto morelos?
Hi juf Corine! There is only an ADO Bus to Cancun which stops in PUERTO MORELOS (you can only purchase a one way ticket from ADO bus terimal in Playa)... than there is only a collectivo back to Playa Del Carmen.
Most places we've been (in small towns anyways) the buses quit running at 6ish maybe later in bigger places tho?!

Ya I was there for the winter in Puerto Morales I just took the collective to Playa Del Carmin 3o pesos the Aldo is not as easy to catch as times very and the collective are there on the 10 as long as there not full.The old fella singing is cool forget his name but he sings and happy as his ex wife tried to poison him to death twice and he survived.And la petita is owned buy a famous boxer Anduro May very good fish mainly based specialty.he ownes another restaurant in the Colonia side e joy I loved Del carmen
