      The only middleweight to take Adesanya to the edge. He's not as skilled as Izzy but with heart and toughness he made that a dogfight and Izzy looked like dogshit after that brawl

    Kelvin has one of the worst diets ever. When he fought Till and barely made weight, he was eating posole on Fight Week.
    He is the DC of the middleweight division.

      @@rafayg7376 romero did win according to the fight stats. Judges gave izzy the win, but as we all know mma judges are awful. Marvin didnt beat izzy, but if you thought izzy beat marvin for 5 rounds i suggest you look at the stats for the fight you clown. Jan embarassed izzy so badly. He did what izzy did to costa except in terms of fighting instead of some lame gimmick.

    Chael is a good coach throughout, he really knows when he sees talent , for example in this video 6:25 he talks about how Kelvin had a good chance of winning this season of TUF which he did.

    Kelvin is extremely underrated , he’s a few months of training away from really securing that belt . He’s Constantly improving despite extreme diversity, people need to realize when your fighting the best out there , they make it look easy but kelvin has survived with the best guys and dominated in the past .

    Cannot wait until Kelvin gets his mojo back, dude is a pure beast of a fighter, just better conditioning and less krispy cremes! :D I believe next time he'll meet Robert, outcome will be different as well as against Izzy. I wish all of them 3 good luck as I am a fan of each.

      Also Chris ain't no regular fighter, fights are unpredictable sometimes, Weidman lost to Jacare yet Kelvin won but lost to Chris, stuff happens, most important is to bounce back.
      Kelvin has heart and pure talent and wish him all the best.

      When Kelvin lost to Weidman, Weidman had an all-time classic with Rockhold, had a really good performance against Romero (but Romero being Romero made Weidman his bitch), and was imo winning against Mousasi until that bullshit fuckery with the knee happened. Chris was not yet washed up.

      @@wildberry752 yes but it's clearly a motivation and discipline issue, he should be taking his diet and physique more seriously, he could be stronger and more agile and have that edge that he needs. There's a reason why he took Adesanya to the edge and is the only one that isn't the current Light Heavyweight Champion to even give Izzy a fight in years. Kelvin needs that edge that he isn't giving himself is all I mean.

    I want Kelvin to go up was a bit disappointed with his performance with Robert whittaker granted it was a last minute replacement but he gave Izzy a war which is now champion Ik Izzy gets better every fight so is never the same fighter but man the rematch with the right adjustments would be insane cause Kelvin is a scraper

    I feel like his next fight will determine his career. if he wins, continue at MW, if he loses he will be 1-5 his past 6 fights at MW. I understand more mass + acceleration equals more force, but he's gotta cut his loses and move down to WW. Hoping for the best, but we all need that one kick in los huevos to ground us. He'd dominate at WW, usman may the only one who can take him.

    Let me be honest to all of you : I favored Uriah Hall over Kelvin Gastelum in the finale where he won, and she was since then I've been watching all his fights especially when he came close to winning the interim UFC Middleweight Championship when he fought Israel Adesanya. Truly one of the best UFC fighters I've ever seen.
