Great list. I put Natalia Vodianova as my first since she continuously was ranked the highest paid Russian model, and is probably considered number one in Russia, but I agree that Natasha Poly deserves 1st place. She continuously been in almost every fashion show, and been in a lot of major campaigns, and still continues to do so till today. A very well rounded model, indeed.

Irina is at least top 5, high fashion is obsessed with her now later in her career. It's not her fault they took so long, she was even more gorgeous when she was younger. Vodianova is #1.
HF look at her now because of Cristiano Ronaldo and Bradley Cooper girl... She was never HF material. But indeed, she is beautiful and very compentent on what she does. She is comercial/bikini model that now does HF because of influential conections.

Ksenia Kahnovich is another Russian beauty that somehow didn't become as big as her colleagues.
Omg yesssss! She should have been on the list as an honourable mention but oh well. She was somehow a runway favourite especially by John Galliano in the Dior shows back then. I remembered that she got the Gucci ad campaign together with Abbey Lee and Lily Donadlson during Frida’s time but it only showed her back and she was far away from the camera. So sad she was so underrated. She was amongst the earlier breakout HF models together with Suvi Koponen and Alice Burdeu and Patricia Van Der Vliet who came from reality tv before it became a normal thing like how Sora Choi became an unstoppable force in HF modelling and how ANTM alumni Leila Goldkuhl became a Givenchy and CK darling before she got married and slowed down. Really missing that girl on the runways. Ksenia, Tanya Dziahileva and Georgina Stojiljkovic always looked stunning in Galliano’s Dior shows back then.

Like you said she never got her really breakout chance as compared to Suvi. No disrespect to her but I find Suvi really underwhelming in terms of runway and editorial. Oh well.
@@iamshadowbanned699 yup Patricia was from Holland’s Next Top Model or some reality show in Netherlands equivalent to ANTM. I think she was famous on that show for having problems with her skin condition (I think it ultimately led to her being eliminated, I could be wrong though since its a pretty ancient show back then in the mid 2000s), can’t recall what its called, maybe the same skin condition as one of the ANTM contestants (cant recall which cycle) which causes your skin to experience inflammation if i recall correctly. Patricia was underrated too but at least she did nab the Balenciaga ad campaign with Iselin Steiro and was shot by Steven Meisel during Nicholas Ghesquire’s tenure there so that is already a feat in itself. Not everyone could nab the Balenciaga campaigns during Nicholas’s time as he seemed to constantly favour Jennifer Connelly over real HF models or his usual fave models. Suvi was such a force when she debuted, I think I remember when she suddenly debuted on the Prada runway (the collection with the turban headpiece and short shorts when Tanya Dziahileva also debuted and closed the Prada show at the age of 13/14 years old - crazy I tell you what Tanya achieved at such a young age!😱😆) and broke away from the reality tv stigma and mold to become a CK fave. But like you said, her runway walk is atrocious to say the least.🙈 Talking about the old Calvin Klein under Francisco Costa, sort of miss the days when Karlie Kloss debuted with her usual “trinity”, “quaternity” and “quinternity” then with Toni Garrn and Taryn Davidson and also Ali Stephens and Jourdan Dunn. Those were the days in HF. Anyway back to Ksenia, really sad that she was so underrate when her catwalk was good in Dior and Gucci back then. She didn’t even score any real major campaigns except for the Gucci one where her face was non-existent. Wonder what has happened to Ksenia today.
I made a mistake in my last post. Tanya debuted at the age of 14 closing Prada Spring 2006 appearing a year earlier than Suvi. Suvi debuted at the Prada Spring 2007 show both opening and closing it. Wow Suvi really broke the reality stigma when she arrived.
