Silke, I suffer from chronic pain, and I have meds that help to a degree. There are days when I miss my meds due to distraction from work, or for some other reason. Yesterday was one of those days. I laid down, in pain, and put on my phones. This video was so soothing, so healing, it made an incredible difference in my quality of life and my recovery. Please know that I LOVED, (and using that word is by NO MEANS an exaggeration), LOVED listening to your voice and your supportive messages. The comfort that you brought me was wonderful. Thank you so much for this work.
