I wouldn't have clear coated the bed. I would have done everything just like you did but drown it in WD-40 and let it sit and dry. It will last for years and look natural. Cool Build Great video I enjoyed it :)

Let's see back in 1975 I bought a 1967 GTO. Four speeds 60s and seventies on it. Deep dish polished mags of course. 200 shot of nitrous in the trunk. I would have shortened the bed stretch the cab finish the interior modern and somewhat modern you know air conditioning and stuff power steering breaks the whole nine yards. I guess you can keep that paint but strew it for that kind of money paint the damn thing.
