Absolutely no regard for employee safety! Bypassing a safety gate and entering the molding area with a “live” machine is absurd!
How u think molds run in semi auto?
Yea I wanted to comment the same thing.. I notice in most plastic injection videos from china or similar there's ZERO safety.. amazing!
previous shop you'd have to walk in the same way and pull a battery tray out hand it over to someone outside and stand between both halves to put your inserts on the mold again
probably pressure mats that kill everything once the door shuts and theirs pressure on the mat
Most people haven't a clue on the about of work behind a plastic part in their lives. From the oil to plastic formula to the part design to mold design then machining to finishing on to the very complicated injection machines.
The machines aren’t particularly complicated, the moulds however are very complicated.

@@danielpumphrey1761 I take it you can’t read electrical or hydraulic prints to make a comment like that. I’ve been in IM for 25 years and can fix IMM and build molds. It’s a shame I always have to fix the electrical issues on tools because the tool guys can’t wire up a simple prox much less know the difference between a pnp or npn.
Bent the edjection pins...they need a slide in support platform.😏

@@udokrause832 деталь недолитая (левый угол ящика), не понятно зачем большая пауза возврата выталкиватей, и категорически запрещается !!! находится в зоне рабочего инструмента при включеных насосах, но обратите внимание на оператора !!! какого хуя при работающей гидравлике и людей в зоне инструмента у него руки возле пульта управления !!! (25 лет стажа , наладчик ) . Украина.
