I love glossier. I don't like how I look with makeup makeup and I love how glossier just makes me look like a better version of myself. It def is my makeup aesthetic. I highly recommend the cloud paints and the lip balms! Love you auntie!

You can also save a fair bit if you bundle them (they have “Phase” sets as well as discounts if you buy multiples of some items). There are also plenty of discount codes out there. i used to have extremely oily skin. i figured out that if i moisturised more often and used richer moisturisers my oilyness went away, i recommend using natural skincare too and lanolin cream
for oily skin i would really recommend the kiehls ultra facial moisturizer!! its for all skin types and it absorbs into the skin super fast and leaves your skin smooth and hydrated even the day after you applied it
Claire Kilpatrick this is very true a lot of people who are oily have very dehydrated skin. I recommend a hydrating creamy cleanser a hydrating serum and a hydrating moisturizer(thin layers of course). Stay away from thick creams however those are more oil based as opposed to the water that you skin needs. Your skin can create oil(sebum) but not water.
q u a k i n g no that’s not good for oily skin my dermatologist told me that since I have oily skin I shouldn’t put anything oily in my face and I have that moisturizer which I used sometimes but anyway it’s oily and I don’t think it’s good for oily skin
Glossier is "a running to the store, doing errands, laid back" type of makeup. I use it when I want exactly 1/16th of a beat, just a half step above "let me throw on some lip gloss and head out the door" makeup. I like the skin tint, concealers and wowder. It's pointless to wear any of their facial products without the wowder though, that's what gives you a tiny tiny bit of coverage. The wowder is worth buying even if you don't like anything else. It's the only powder I've tried that does fine on my my dry skin and doesn't cling to texture or make me over matte.

Definitely. Whenever I used the baking method my skin looked super dry and texturized and it creased up bad under my eyes. It's not for me. I feel like the majority of makeup looks too cakey

Just wanted to add, when a product has a perfume added to it, it often sacrifices quality for the scent. Perfumes have alcohol in them for the most part, which is really bad and dehydrating for your skin, Especially the face lol. So I try to avoid perfumes in skincare 😂

I highly LOVE glossier, (and I'm a dead foundation match to Jackie and I also have oily ass skin) But I use the skin tint in Rich, in the bottle it looks too dark for me BUT since its super sheer it just gives a nice, even minimalistic coverage/glow it works better than the shade Deep; but I do use the concealer in "deep" as a highlight shade under my eyes. Even though I love me some Wowder I prefer setting the skin tint with the Fenty Blotting Powder mostly because it blurs pores which can sort of give an illusion of more coverage. I have full ass brows that are big enough to qualify for their own area code SO the boy brow really just keeps them in place. I'm not a hug fan of the cloud paints, I'd rather use a coral NARS cream blush, The Haloscopes are my favorite because there soooo glossy and have no glitter. the lipsticks and lipgloss are a miss for me BUT their skincare is bomb; I never leave the house without their Super Bounce serum on 💕

But I'm so eating my words because I love this dewy fresh faced no makeup I woke up like this look. They need to totally get their shade range together though. I'm side eyeing all companies who think they can roll out three shades and be like here you go. 😒 But this is a nice alternative to a full beat. I'm here for it.

I just feel like every time somebody expresses an issue with shade range, somebody has to say how they don't have a problem or mention some other company's greater sin. Totally unnecessary. Doesn't negate THIS problem. If I want to wear a skin tint from Glossier, I can't at the moment. So the point is still valid that companies need to find another way to test products without putting out a few shades to test the waters. You not having a problem with it doesn't change that.

I have been in bed sick as a dog (ovarian cyst ruptured. Ugh), but I had to make myself presentable for a doctor's visit. In my bed with a compact, I used cloud paint, boy brow, haloscope, and gloss. A little bit of bronzer and corrector from Bobbi and I actually looked human. My skin was dewy and the doctor commented on how pretty I looked (in spite of feeling yuck). I love Glossier. It's not full coverage and I'm not sure all products would work on oily skin, but it's perfect for that youthful, natural glow when your normal face is "casket ready."

Tymeka Hobbs I'm so dry, I've never shined in my life so this looks amazing to me. Anything matte makes my skin dry up even more. I guess it depends on your skin type. I feel like most people are oily because 90% of products are really matte and drying. At least you have choices 😂
I’m really oily also and I think moisturizing the skin a ton actually helps control the oil! It’s been a life saver for me I use the VTMN organic facial glaze and it has helped calm my oiliness so much!
I think this brand would look bomb on a person with dry skin but i just feel like oily skin would be shining shining shining shining yeah (beyonce voice) and maybe not in the best way lol
