God-tier BL for me, hands down. Only UWMA and GB are in that tier for me because they're both pure and unproblematic compared to many other BLs.
I like it when he said "in fact if it was filipino we most likely avoid it even more because of all the old school filipino tropes" it was very sincere saying how much they appreciated this series without bias 💖

Magnificently SEALED with a REAL KISS!!!! IdeaFirst showed us how it can be properly done. A LOT of my theories came true. One of which was Cairo will stay in Luzon for the time being. Another is the Wesley Terrence (WesTer Union) ship launching. The GAMEBOYS POWER OF THREE is REAL. That 53 second kiss reportedly took 8 takes to be executed properly. I WANT TO SEE THE OUTTAKES!!! I love how the last scene was mirroring the scene in EP10.
In Ep10, Cai was also video chatting with Pearl doubting if Gav would show up, and Gav showed up.
In The last scene, Gav was doubting if he could make it or if Cai still wants him, and Cai showed up.
LOVE LOVE how genuine and unrestrained your reactions are! Yes, that kiss was absolutely special. The culmination of 13 episodes' worth of longing, and it was clear from how much passion there was between them. Definitely a contender for all-time best kiss in a BL (or any series for that matter). The plastic barrier kiss in Ep 10 DID NOT prepare us for this!

It's the direction and the script that made Gameboys superb plus the very good actors like Kokoy, Elijah and ""The Pearl"". But honestly I really like so much the acting of Kokoy, it's so natural. The delivery of his lines wow especially at the bench scene. And so with Pearl, what an elastic lips. She's making me really laugh out loud.
