Just like Bihar, an inclusive part of this state was Jharkhand, now it has its own identity and culture. Jharkhand is famous for the presence of minerals and a large forest vegetation. It has some of the famous spiritual places. Would love to help you in searching and demonstrating the true Jharkhand if in the future you guys have a plan to do so:)
There never was any Bihar. It was carved out of Bengal to ensure systematic bankruptcy , loot , exploitation of minerals, history, knowledge, identity and belonging of the natives. It was done for Hindification of the state for exploitation since 19th century and since then it has served it's purpose well.

It was known as Patliputra(now Patna), the capital city of Magadh not whole India.
