- Ingredients (4 - 5 servings🍝):

My cup volume = 200 ml
400g (14oz) spaghetti
cook al dente
olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed and finely chopped
2 chicken breasts, diced
250 ml (1 full cup / 9 fl oz) heavy cream (30%)
300 ml (1 1/2 cup / 10.5 fl oz) vegetable stock
salt and pepper
70 g (2.5 oz) Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
a handful of fresh parsley, chopped
✅ Add sauce to the pan and mix everything well
✅ Serve once you have mixed the sauce with pasta!
