Did a class presentation on Quincy Jones and once I played this song, all of their eyes lit up because they knew it as The Austin Powers Theme.
Austin gets his mojo from Rio 😉
Quincy Jones, hes 84 years old and still makes music.

@@rhys8981 Obviously that comment was made by Jeremy Clarkson from Top Gear/Grand Tour

Quincy Jones is a musical genius!!!!!
OOOH BEHAVE!
This song was used as the theme to the Canadian game show "Definition" from 1974 to about 1983 (the show lasted until 1989), hosted initially by Bob McLean for the first year, and then by Jim Perry thereafter.
"I can't believe Vanessa...my bride...my one true love...the woman who taught me the beauty of monogamy...was a fembot...all along...
Wait a tick. That means I'm single again! Oh behave!!"
*This music plays*
This is shagadelic baby, yeah!

Shagadelic baby, yeah!
Epic, legendary and all in between. The cat's payama's and the the bee's knees! Not a month goes by that I don't play this track.

+Escalated Quickly yep!! me!! lol
Finally found it! 😍😍😍
I bet this would be a perfect song to play at Jim Perry's Funeral. I never forget when Jim used this on the Canadian Game show Definition that ran from 1972 to 1989 on CTV. And years later it became a favourite for Austin Powers
agree'd. Catchy as well
And let's not forget that Mike Myers is Canadian as well ;)
Yup
The best composer in his art!
Good groove !
I wish I could live in this setting. I guess I was about 3 when the footage was taken, sighhhh.
Brasil ama essa música
lots of memories.Thank you
Why is everyone in this video so incredibly attractive
Because this was from the time where people knew how to look good.
Because they were slim, didn't eat snacks, went outside for fun, no TV all day or videos. And the guys were dancing and free too. We have to learn and do this too. I love it!
I played this in my jazz band last year. It was so fun! :D
🎂🎉🥳🎈🎊🎁🍰💝🧁🎀 HAPPY BIRTHDAY 3/14 Master Composer Quincy Jones

Great music...........
This song always reminds me of the movie, Herbie the love bug!
Many people think Austin Power films brought this to us. Quincy RE-recorded this
with his friends FOR the films (it was his, after all). But this original version is the
one you want. i listen to it while driving, and it keeps me sane. (i laugh out loud).
-because it is inspired genius, it is brilliant, funny, classy, hip, smooth, sexy, etc.
If you havn't prayed in a while, thank-God for Quincy Jones, a musical Hero.
Thanks for the vid. I actually love seeing the fashion of that day. Wish there was some ppl outside of vanilla but I know I need to just make my own video. Still, seeing the dances etc is pretty cool.
