I had a ticket to see them on their last tour. I was really depressed that day and couldn't get myself to leave my home. They'll be in my heart forever even if they don't reform.
I didn’t have a ticket but a similar thing happened to me...didn’t have any one to go with and bren ended up dedicating my favourite song “just another face” to “anyone who came to the show alone tonight”. Fml.

Too bad that I can never see them live. Although they are taking a hiatus from the band I don't think they are ever coming back. I understand that they went on a hiatus for Brendan's mental health but they have been gone for so long that I don't think they are ever coming back.
It's been 2 years, theres still time for them to come back. Bands have been on hiatus for way longer than 2 years and have come back

They're never coming back. Jake and Ian are in a different band. It just wouldn't work anymore. Stop kidding yourselves it'll only upset you more eventually.
I saw them live by accident before I knew who they were or any of their songs when they toured with Aaron West and the Roaring Twenties in '17 or '18. I was mostly drunk and high and thus didnt pay attention.. then later that year I "discovered" them through a friend and fell in love with all of their songs. Never got to see them live again before they disbanded. One of the cardinal sins of my life is not paying attention and enjoying that set.
why couldn’t they just stay together forever , I don’t even care about new music I just want to see them live again and again

I was 17 when they came to Sydney, and this was an 18+ event - I will forever be so sad I didn't get to go and will never see them perform live... They will always be my favourite band

Is no one seriously going to acknoledge how shit this set was? Literally, everything from thr harmonizing to the intrumenta was so off. Also, please don't come at me saying "I don't know what emo is" for pointing out the blatantly obvious. They've obviously played better shows. This one was just horrible.
