I have been running a Aimpoint comp ml3 for over a decade on my M4 , works with my Nods . Never failed me, 1 battery = a year of ALWAYS on .
ACOGs have their place, if your in a sand pit (Asscrackistan) great for change of light levels outside.
Very cool. I think this would be useful for any dual illuminated sight like a Mepro.
That sounds like a good idea in theory but many low light situations you dont want your weapon light on all the time but still want to be able to see your reticle... with this you must have your light on just to see your optic giving away your position... like I said it's a good idea in theory
You can still see the reticle, the issue of not being able to see it appears when you turn your wml on because now your backdrop is a lot brighter than the conditions feeding your sight.
Don’t own a gun never even shot one but damn that’s genius - a little MacGyver but genius
As someone that use to spend alot of time fixing fiberoptic cables this just feel like a bad ideal. They should have made this a bezel, rail cover and mount/s system. I would like to see this survive one weekend getting kicked around vs a sell pitch from a lab.
Whered you go? Last video 3 months ago.
Where is there website? Can't find any info on them
Not tactical
EO Tech sighting, no need to lollipop or anything. Just a 123 battery and 190 hours of go time.
I'd do it
Need
Na
Dumb
I just puke 🤢
Gotta be honest, while this is a really creative solution it’s kind of just a band aid on trijicon’s outdated tritium/fiber optic setup. Way more efficient to just use a battery.
I agree. But being batteryless has its advantage too. I wish trijicon would make a battery/ fiber optic RMR and acog. That'll really extend battery life.
