Usually dalda is plant based oil extraction but now a days as v c n hear they started adulterated oil making it with all animal bone boiling n getting oil.. few years back near KALBURGI birder in agri land officials found illegal oil making unit which used tons of bones of all animals .. so better avoid hotel food as almost all use dalda r palm oil very dangerous

Hi, I moved to Ramaiah layout on Hessargatta Road couple of years ago. While trying to find good non veg hotel in this area, I got a lot of recommendations about this place. It is very popular with locals and is always crowded. The ppl running the place are also very humble and friendly.
My experience has not been that good though, the mutton is very hard for my liking. Feel they use mature/old sheep. Also too much fat, not sure if it is from sheep or Dalda. You can notice it very clearly if you take parcel and eat when it has cooled a bit.
My suggestion not worth travelling from far of place just to try. You can visit if you are in the area and want to check the taste.
