They removed the yellow crucifix effect because it was bugged as the entities getting crucified would just stay there for a couple of seconds after they were crucified and then they would disappear
as the third architect makes an intervention to make a especific entity to NOT getting crucified by guiding light, maybe as guiding light isnt that powerful to crucifix "curious light entities" curious light makes and intervention too to make guiding light sucessfully crucify a "curious light entity"
I have a little theory about the curious crucifix and the reason it turned yellow is because it’s showing curious light bringing the subfloor they were originally at, but mischievous light (unnamed red light) brings them back to the hotel and mines
I don’t want it to be brought back, or at least make it a different item. The last thing we need is Curious Light’s abilities to be the same as Guiding Light’s. It’s a dumb, cheesy idea that obviously needs some refinement to be even near worth adding.

Idea of upcoming curious crucifix: Curious crucific only appears at rooms after A-200 (equal to finding glitch fragments) can be used up to 5 times funcitons as a normal crucifix. but can be used with normal crucifix at the same time once used with normal crucifix the crucifying effect will turn blue-ish yellow being able to weaken bosses or even kill them(like figure being killed only at mines and queen grumble dying to it) but if used on seek instead of dying, seek will get weaker(for example dam seek’s slime dealing 5 dps instead of 10 and attacking less frequently)
If they add it; when the curious crucifix is used; they gotta change the icon to curious light's icon. Same goes with mischievous light's icon when a normal crucifix turns red to free boss entities

Step one crucifian entity, step two, take of fat, big super laser piss on the cruise of ex simple thing that appears when you crucify an entity and there you go, it's yellow
Also lore for you, now when u crucify a normal grumble, they die, so Important entity are saved not "strong" ones seek, figure, and queen are very important characters so mischievous saves them

The crucifix turning red for boss entities is probably the entities strength, as you still see guiding lights moon symbol in the middle, and if it was the unnamed red light it’s change to the modifier logo. So I personally don’t believe it’s the unnamed red light here. Unless the change that in a future update…
I just hope they make it so that the center symbol of the sigil fades from a moon to a star for the yellow crucifix or from a moon to a spiral symbol for the red crucifix

Grumble and figure manage to break out with the help of modifiers. I while seek's and Q. 3 options: 1. bcuz the crucifix has the symbol of whatever activated it, and doesn't change after activation. 2. the crucifix's symbol depends on who it belongs to, so it's guiding light's symbol, and doesn't change since the other lights aren't stealing the crucifix for themselves. 3. the most likely option. the crucifix's symbol doesn't change bcuz guiding light is still there, but only the color does bcuz the other lights power it with more energy than guiding light.
