Mutton= 2 kg
Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder= 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1 tsp
Rose Petals Powder= 1 tsp
Salt= 2 tbsp

Made this dum ka gosht today for lunch....and I cannot even begin to describe the taste....it was better than any other mutton preparation I have MADE OR TASTED...and I have made a few. I think the mix of dry spices ( special masala) with khobra, crushed fried onions & poppy seeds worked magic. I did not have dried rose petals and although I had kewra water & meetha attar I somehow forgot to put it...believe me it did not really matter...the slow cooking on dum and the mix of spices working on the mutton created a wonderful flavor...in the evening as I speak I had another bowl full of this mutton. most satisfying. Thanks Bhargain ka chef. Subhanallah.
