At 3:08, you should've mentioned how this is a greet + antagonize combo, showing how there's a proper insult to every greet he has. Really highlights how in-depth RDR2 is
Stuff like NPC's not giving a damn about you carrying weapons is coded into GTA V and even tons of variables (like recognizing what type of gun you are carrying, giving you a wanted level for not following traffic rules, not using a helmet while riding a bike, etc) but they are all disabled, probably game design stuff which is an excellent choice for a GTA game if you ask me
In GTA V is possible to take the money by yourself without waiting for the owner to put a bag for you. Even though, anyway you do it , you still get the cash just like in GTA ONLINE
The first one is dumb, there’s a glitch that makes everyone think your phone is a weapon if you pull it out. In rdr2 if you walk up to a cop with a weapon he will do the same thing
bruh, you can't even talk to the npcs is GTA IV, GTA V was an improvement in every way compared to GTA IV, GTA IV on the other hand was a degradation of GTA San Andreas.
Every NPC in this comment section praising only rdr2 should remember that GTA 5 is 5 years older. In GTA 4, you couldn't even talk to NPCs. The improvement from GTA 5 to Rdr2 is not as significant as the improvement from GTA 4 to GTA 5.
Rage 7 & Rage 8. We are changing generations when it comes to the graphics engine, so the intelligence of non-players and the details are obviously more developed on Red Dead 2 which arrived five years after GTA 5.
I just played both online last night. I found RDR2 better. GTA was just noise and craziness and I had no idea what I should do or be doing. Players automatically shoot you on sight. RDR2 has plenty to do but never felt overwhelming. Players approach cautiously for the most part. Too bad RDR2 is so glitch now and R* won't fix any of the persistent bugs
This is one of the biggest flaws of GTA. It's a shame R* did nothing to improve the interactions with the NPCs with all the updates they made to the game.
Npcs in gta 5 don’t fool anyone, predictable, boring and repetitive. In rdr2 they almost all feel unique and different, they have much more dialogues and different reactions to the way you interact with them which is very nice fir those who put lots of hours in the game. I just can’t play gta anymore but I still manage to enjoy rdr2 once in a while. Either way my time playing games is mostly over but I still watch videos somehow xD

Npcs in GTA IV are nowhere near anything, they are still better in GTA V, you can talk to them, they will also react to the vehicle you are driving, they will make fun if it is dirty or take photos of it if it is a luxurious car, nothing of this is present in GTA IV, in addition to "NPCS use umbrellas woooow".
@@metatron6254 Yes they are lol. There's literally videos on it lol. But you can literally just play the two games and noticed the difference, buddy lol. Don't know, but IV's NPCs are smarter than V's. This is a fact.
@@metatron6254 Being able interact with them (very minor and meaningless I might add lol, it's not RDR 2 levels of interaction lol not even close) and them reacting to your cars doesn't make them better NPCs lol. It's how they react when chaos is happening, when you're blocking the road, the fact that like RDR 2 you don't kill them when you knock them out and can run away from fights injured etc. THAT'S what makes a good NPC in a Rockstar game. RDR 2 is IV's NPCs, but you can know interact with them and their upgraded. You don't know what you're talking about, buddy lol.
this is because they added so much more new stuff in V that weren't present in IV, so they had to downgrade some stuff since the game is too big for PS3/360.
