Wow. when I first started parkour + Free running, like 7 Months ago. I watched this video. and didn't really understand it. But watching back on it now. I love your movement, your Flow and how you can control your body. love it man :)
I don't know if you can understand how touched I am now. Nowadays, it is SO SO difficult to see videos like this. And this kind of video, parkour videos, are extremely beautiful! You have my respect to maintain the speed, the flow, and the point b in your mind all the time. I would love to have a companion like you to train here in Brazil. Cheers.
to matroid9: I don't call myself l1controlable in the text; I only wrote "1contrôlable pictures", which is the name of my (auto)production. "1contrôlable pictures" is the production, and "L'1consolable" the name of the director of the film. ;-)
Now this is what I love to see. Parkour; plain, simple, and beautiful. No unnecessary flips or spins. Just using your environment to get from point A to point B. Freerunning is great but there are too many Freerunning videos and not enough Parkour videos. Thumbs up for Parkour
It's the journey, not the destination. It doesn't matter where you go. What does matter is the mistakes, the stumbles, the friends... the obstacles you pass along the way to your destination.
Yeah, you know what I usually like... So obviously I love your movement man :) The video edition, camera and the message you bring are really good, PEACE FROM MY HEART =) Hope to see you soon !!!
Really nice! You´ve gained a lot of confidence to your movement. The second fastest boy in the world, right behind Quentin :P Good to see you moving man! Hope to train with you again!
Great video, these are the parkour videos I love because it shows the true nature what parkour is, not like the stuff you see on glyphmedia where there is a flip every five seconds, Well done keep up the pk vids :D
Have you ever trained in Fontainebleau? There are some fun places near the chateau, by that church next to the market and especially in the forests nearer Fontainebleau or Barbizon. I want to see what you can do with my favorite town in the world.
FINALLY more parkour!!! I swear you make some of the most realistic pk videos. Instead of only showing the cool shit you show a whole run, point A to B. You can't get that anywhere else. A little constructive criticism though, be willing to wait until a different time of day in order to have the shadow of the camera man off of the screen.
was this all one solid real run? also im guessing your a parkour purist so are you entirely against the idea of flips or are flips just not who you are and what parkour is to you so you dont do them. thanks. -Elijah Vandagrift
Okay a few questions, 1. Are you American? 2. Where did you train (if you didn't train yourself)? 3. Would you mind making Parkour tutorials and strength and conditioning videos? Get back soon, stay safe n' all that :)

It's the journey, not the destination. It doesn't matter where you go. What does matter is the mistakes, the stumbles, the friends... the obstacles you pass along the way to your destination.

what you're saying in the description is basically '' the journey is what's important not the destination " =)
C'est bien, efficace et poétique. Sa cours peut être un peu trop à mon gout, c'est dû à l'environnement qui veux sa. ciao bonne
i can buy your songs or download it from any site?
@TheRemedia : Yes, you can buy it from me! ;-) I'm sending you a private message with all the informations you need.
Why is it that I hardly ever see you use speed vaults?
