A lemon drop is a hard candy, it's what Adam was eating before bed. Basically Adam is coming into his powers without realising it, and he is being influenced by the magazines he's reading (e.g. Reading a magazine about how nuclear energy is bad and then removing the reactor from a station in his sleep)
In defense of Anathema, the Antichrist had some kind of automatic cloaking power that hides him from both humans and the divine so they can’t find him. Also, Anathema is a witch; she probably just didn’t call herself one because these kids were playing English Inquisition when she met them 😂
I love how none of the characters really know what they are doing. They are all flawed, useless people trying their best, understanding very little and making tons of mistakes.
Shadwell is a 'real' witchfinder they go into more detail in the book but yeah he is kinda cheap and is ripping off the Angel and Demon for money. He did learn the witchfinder trade off a witchfinder he met in prison.

For me it's the opposite: the first part of this episode is my favourite, just Crowley and Azi hanging out and building their relationship =)
David and Michael both said that was their favorite part of the series, as well.
