Until I Googled Error #A1-4111 and found this video I was sure that I was going to have to buy another printer which means learning a new device and connecting it to my computer. I followed this repair exactly and I was back up and running in about 20 minutes. Thank you for your help!
After reviewing this video. I determined the foam rubber piece had worked itself up, and not allowing the foam to align behind the lip of the actuator. The foam/rubber piece was still in tact so I just repositioned it and it fixed the A1-4111 error and I was able to print. The key was getting the rubber piece glued at the bottom right corner of the actuator so it hit inside the small piece of the actuator that is in like an "L" shape. Reviewing the video and seeing how the rubber piece was mis-aligned was crucial to my repair. Great job on the post.
Thank you so much for posting this video! It was very helpful, and the steps were easy to follow. I used a piece of black cable tie, just like you did, and glued it on using Hard Head Fast Glue. I've never done anything like this before, but it worked perfectly on first attempt. Great help!
Thank you! - I was able to fix mine by instead slightly bending the metal piece where the rubber was ( instead of replacing ) so the little "arm" of the piece that moves - hit that rubber . I think what's happening is that solenoid is wearing out - and not "pulling" as hard, because my little rubber pad - was not worn at all. Either way this helped me identify where and what was the cause!
sehr cool! Danke! Drucker tut wieder was er soll
Thank you for your help, this video actually worked. I've tried other methods with double sided tape, and it only work temp, but this I know it will work permanently.
Funktioniert wieder, meiner ist der Samsung c1810w. Gleicher Aufbau. Schaumstoff durch n Stück Kabelbinder ersetzt, läuft wieder. Vielen Dank! 🎉
Hi, I'm Diego. Have a good day. My query: I have a Samsung c1860, the display got stuck (Please Wait...), and only the on button works, the rest of the buttons don't work

Perfect fix, thank you
Thank you very much ❤❤❤
